Červený Hrádek: Holiday apartments and holiday homes
Červený Hrádek includes the historic district of Ves, bodies of water and routes. The district of Ves is situated on a hill above the confluence of the Vápovka and Ochoz streams. Hladov, on the other hand, stretches along both banks of the Vápovka stream.
Nature
Mlýnský rybník is currently used only for fishing; it was formerly used for swimming. The municipality of Červený Hrádek offers long-term and short-term fishing permits for the pond.
History
The district of Ves was established on the site of the former Červený Hrádek fortress and its associated farmstead. The former fortress was damaged and destroyed during the Thirty Years' War.
Culture
The Chapel of the Virgin Mary was built in 1840 and is designated as a cultural monument. Inside, there is a hand-painted altar made of Mrákotín granite. There is also a stone cross from 1860 in front of the chapel.
Things to do
Cycle route 5124 passes through Červený Hrádek. On its section in Červený Hrádek, there is a 209-metre-long shared path for pedestrians and cyclists. The 39-kilometre-long “Výlet na Bábu” route, which is suitable for hikers and cyclists, also passes through the village.
