Culture and Tradition

The traditional pilgrimage in Kostelní Radouň takes place on the first Sunday after St. Vitus’ Day, that is, after 15 June. The Church of St. Vitus has been a protected cultural monument since 1958. It features a Rococo pulpit dating from 1768 and a polygonal presbytery with original tracery in the windows. The stone statue of Saint John of Nepomuk stands between the cemetery wall and the rectory garden.

Nature Trail and Events

The Čertův kámen nature trail connects Lodhéřov and Kostelní Radouň, follows an existing green hiking trail marking, and is 4.5 km long. The trail features nine information boards and five sports and play stations with swings, balancing and climbing elements, as well as opportunities for high and long jumps. Čertův kámen, at 659 m above sea level, is the highest point of the trail and is located in the so-called Klenovský Massif.

The event grounds for the Radouňské okruhy are located at the edge of Kostelní Radouň in the direction of Okrouhlá Radouň; the race starts and finishes there.
