Řepice: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

In the center of the village of Řepice stands the Church of St. Mary Magdalene, which was already mentioned as a parish church in 1384. On its northern side, it has an Early Gothic portal dating from the mid-13th century.

Culture

Historical buildings in Řepice include the stone bridge between the ponds. A fortification wall with two prismatic turrets remains from Řepice Fortress. The ruins of the “Radomysl Mediumwave Radio Mast” are also located in the vicinity of Řepice.

The wider regional surroundings of Řepice include Hrad Zvíkov Castle, the historical site of Lety u Písku, the Památník holokaustu Romů a Sintů v Čechách, and the Church of Svatý Jan.

The regional tourism route 8, “Radomyšl and Surroundings,” is 16 km long and leads through Strakonice, Slaník, Řepice, Radomyšl, and Osek. The municipality’s excursions page also lists the local circular route “Okruh kolem řepických rybníků 2.”
