Nehodiv: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

The Pohoří–Myslív–Nehodiv–Loužná circular route forms part of the surroundings of the Stehlík Educational Trail and offers beautiful views of the landscape. The educational trail has seven stations and covers the flora and fauna, as well as the history of the municipalities and the landscape in the footsteps of the writer Ladislav Stehlík.

Nature and Hills

The Dolejší dráhy Natural Monument is located approximately 1 km southwest of Nehodiv, on the southern side of the road to Štipoklasy. It comprises former communal meadows with numerous protected and endangered plant species.

The landscape around Nehodiv is dominated by the 706 m-high Stírka hill. In the immediate vicinity of Nehodiv are Buzrakov (Plánický hřeben), a mountain; Bohdáš [Plánice-Štipoklasy], a hill; V Kopaninách [Plánice-Pohoří u Lovčic], a hill; and Hrádek [Plánice-Štipoklasy u Lovčic], a hill.

Chapels and Village Square

In the center of Nehodiv stands a reconstructed chapel dedicated to Saint John of Nepomuk. The Chapel of Saint John of Nepomuk on Nehodiv village square was built in 1950. The shrine of Saint John of Nepomuk in Nehodiv stands on the site of a former Baroque chapel.

There is also an old lime tree on Nehodiv village square. Its trunk circumference is more than three meters, and it has stood there for almost 300 years.
