Nature

The Zemská brána nature reserve protects a rocky valley of the Divoká Orlice with interesting geological formations. Visitors can access it mainly via a blue-marked hiking trail along the Divoká Orlice; the educational trail with ten stations featuring information panels and several interactive elements for children also follows this route.

Educational trails

The Zemská brána educational trail is 2.5 km long, designed for pedestrians and of medium difficulty. It ends at the Osada Amerika settlement above Klášterec nad Orlicí. One of the interesting places along the Zemská brána educational trail is Ledříčkova skála. From Upper Klášterec, the Pašerácká footbridge along the Divoká Orlice can be reached via a nature trail in a protected landscape area.

Places

The Tománkova lípa stands by farmstead no. 66 in Klášterec nad Orlicí; it is one of the most imposing natural monument trees in the Pardubický kraj region. Čertova skalka, also called Čertovka, is a rock formation on the hill opposite the primary school in Klášterec nad Orlicí. Its depressions resemble the imprint of a devil's hoof. Klášterec nad Orlicí is also home to the parish church of Nejsvětější Trojice.
