The Church of St. Wenceslas in Nezamyslice was completed on October 2, 1701, and consecrated by Bishop Ferd. ze Schroffenheim. Reconstruction work was carried out on the roof truss and roof covering in 1995.

Culture and History

Nezamyslice Castle, which later served as a monastery, stands on the site of an original fortress first mentioned in 1371. Since May 1958, Nezamyslice Castle has been a protected monument.

The Chapel of the Virgin Mary in Nezamyslice stands by a spring with cool, refreshing water and is a popular place for many locals. Legends have been associated with it and passed down through several generations. The foundation stone for the new Chapel of the Virgin Mary was laid in September 1901.
