Klenovice na Hané is characterised by the Baroque Church of Saint Bartholomew, which is considered the landmark of the town. Its present form dates back to 1847. In 1400, Klenovice was granted the status of a market town with market rights.

The village square is home to statues of Saint Florian and Saint John of Nepomuk; both are registered cultural monuments.
