Culture
The branch church of St. Catherine in Sosnová was rebuilt in the Baroque style from 1725 to 1727. Its interior features rich stucco decoration, a painting by Ignace Raab, and Renaissance tombstones. The Church of St. Catherine is a national cultural monument.
On the way to the Church of St. Catherine stands a Baroque statue of Saint John of Nepomuk dating from 1744. In the upper part of Sosnová is the Chapel of St. Anne, surrounded by park-like grounds; the Anenská pouť pilgrimage takes place at the chapel every year.
Nature and Paths
Sosnová offers opportunities for walks in the local forests. The Horní Benešov–Úvalno–Krnov hiking trail passes through Sosnová.
Anina studánka is a drinking-water spring; both a route through the Sosnovský les and a hiking route through the Sosnovský les pass by it on their way to Sosnová.

The ruins of Cvilin and the mountains of Ovčák, Vinice, Kopřivná, and Rudná are located in the vicinity of Sosnová. The ruins of Vildštejn are located in the wider regional surroundings of Sosnová.
