The Church of St. George in Hněvčeves has been recorded as a parish church since the 14th century. The single-nave building has a rectangular floor plan and a right-angled presbytery; the late Gothic profiled portal is particularly noteworthy. A war memorial for the victims of the First World War stands beside the church.
