Culture and History

The Chapel of St. Peter and St. Paul dates from 1902 and was reconstructed by the municipality in 2004. The simple building has a bell tower that is partially integrated into its western side.

The oldest recorded entry for the Leský, Ryšavého Mill watermill dates from autumn 1654. The watermill is located in the cadastral area of Strojetice.

The Želivský Kláštor monastery is located in the wider regional area around Strojetice. The Loreta Church and the Church of St. John are located nearby, while the ruins of Orlík are also situated in the wider regional area.

Landscape and Water

Velký Blaník Mountain is located near Strojetice. Ostojovka Mountain [Ledeč nad Sázavou-Souboř] is situated in the wider regional area.
