The Kostel sv. Jakuba Většího Church in Čechtice is essentially Gothic, first documented in 1352, and was remodelled in the Baroque style.

The protected church complex includes the former cemetery grounds, an enclosing wall with two gates, a staircase in front of the church, and a statue of Saint John of Nepomuk.
