The green hiking trail leads from Předměřice nad Jizerou via Čihadla to Stará Lysá, where it connects to the red hiking trail. After Sojovice, the red hiking trail splits into one branch via Hlavenec and Lhota to Kostelec nad Labem and another branch via Stará Lysá to Lysá nad Labem.

Cycle route 0041 runs along the Káraný–Sojovice–Předměřice nad Jizerou–Kochánky route through Předměřice nad Jizerou. It is one of nine cycle routes in the Pojizeří cycle network.

Culture and history

The Church of St. James the Greater is a single-nave, precisely oriented building made using a combination of stone and red bricks. It consists of a rectangular nave, a pentagonal presbytery and a square sacristy adjoining the north side.

St. James the Greater was built in the 16th century on the site of a presumably wooden former place of worship. The Areál kostela sv. Jakuba is included in the list of immovable cultural monuments in Předměřice nad Jizerou.

The Inundační most technical structure in Předměřice nad Jizerou is a protected structure from the first half of the 19th century.
