Ledečko: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

Ledečko lies on the Sázava water trail. The municipal area contains the Vraník “Na Skalách” hillfort site, an important archaeological site, immediately north and east of the Vraník settlement.

Culture and History

The Vraník “Na Skalách” hillfort lies on an elongated ridge above a meander of the Sázava northeast of the Vraník settlement. A ditch and a heavily damaged outer arched rampart are visible. The wider regional surroundings of Ledečko also include Konopiště Castle and the Loreta Church.

Water and Cycling

Cycle Route 3/B is approximately 17 km long and leads from Sázava via Talmberk and Ledečko to Bělokozly and back to Sázava.

Landscape

The hills of Přední Krliš [Samopše-Talmberk], Kovářka [Podveky-Ježovice], Chlumek [Sázava - Bělokozly] GSM and Stařechov [Podveky-Ježovice] are located in the immediate surroundings of Ledečko.

The Přívlacká mušle is a natural meander in Přívlaky between Ledečko and Samopše. As part of the trip to Přívlacká mušle, it is recommended to take the Posázavský Pacific from Ledečko railway station to the stop in Rataje.
