Košík: Holiday apartments and holiday homes

At the Košík organic farm, farm tours and guided excursions are part of the offering. In addition to the farm tour, the excursions at Farma Košík include a milking demonstration and cheese-making; children can also meet a donkey and a pony at the farm.

Agriculture

The sheep's milk products of Farma Košík include the Hrudka white cheese, a hard cheese in the Emmental style, smoked Oštiepok, Bryndza, Žinčica, Parenica and Oštěpok.

Archaeology and history

A larger skeletal burial ground from the La Tène period was destroyed on the northwestern outskirts of Košík at the former Horák brickyard. Košík once had a fortress. The built-up area of Košík is an archaeological area with documented or reasonably suspected archaeological finds. Historically, the settlements associated with Košík developed as agriculturally oriented settlements around estates belonging to the church of Rožďalovice.

Memorials

Košík has a sandstone cross depicting the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. The memorial in Košík was erected in 1928; a dedication and the names of the victims are carved into its front and both sides. It depicts the seated figure of a solitary, grieving woman.

Routes and bodies of water

A marked tourist route runs through Košík. The Sovoluský stream flows through Košík, which also has a bus stop.
