The grounds of Hraběšín Castle are home to a Renaissance residence built after 1622, situated in a garden in the centre of the village.

Culture and history

Hraběšín is also home to a Baroque gate from the second half of the 18th century bearing the Schwarzenberg coat of arms. Another traditional facet of the village is the Hraběšín Triathlon: the event comprises swimming, cycling and running and ends with a gathering around a campfire.

Activities

Hraběšín is situated in a landscape surrounded by forests and has preserved its village character without suburban development on the outskirts. The area is suitable for mushroom picking and is a frequent destination for cycle tourism.
