In Matulji, Mučići is one of the groups of zvončari; its bell-ringers wear hats decorated with colourful crepe-paper flowers. A procession on Carnival Sunday is part of the tradition of the Mučićevi zvončari. Around forty adults and children took part in a procession of the Mučićevi zvončari in February 2026. The procession of the Brgujski zvončari and maškare passes through Mučići on the penultimate Sunday of Carnival. The Bell-ringers Parade has been held in Matulji since 1995; its programme includes the groups’ circle dances, movements, costumes and companions.
The oldest documented photograph of the Brgujski zvončari was taken in Mučići in 1921.

Ceramics
The ISA exhibition space in Mučići hosts exhibitions by the InterInova ceramics association. The InterInova association at Mučići 46 works with traditional clay-firing techniques and contemporary clay design. The exhibition “Zvončari i keramika” was also on display in the ISA exhibition space, involving 19 artists and the Romolo Venucci ceramics group. In Mučići, Interinova organised the workshop “Buongiorno ceramica - Dobar dan keramika” on making clay and ceramic objects.
Cycling and Hiking
The Matulji Bike & Hike network connected with Mučići offers 150 kilometres of cycling and hiking routes across ten circular trails. This includes a route sequence connecting Žejane, Brešca, Mučići and Jušići. The network also offers routes through forests or picturesque settlements.
