Route 117 starts in Rukavac at the car park below Kinkelova kuća and leads towards Gornji Rukavac and the protected area of Lisina. The 30 km route continues along the old Žejane–Bukvina–Zvoneća road to the Zvonejske njivi terraces. History

The Zvonejske njivi terraces near Rukavac, located near Zvoneća, are a protected landscape of cultural and natural heritage. They were created between the 15th and 17th centuries on approximately 60 hectares with dry-stone terraces; their heritage value was entered in the Register of Cultural Goods in 1994.
