Gaianes looks out towards the Albufera. A 2.6-kilometre walking trail leads from Gaianes through the dry-farming landscape to the Albufera. Culture and history

The Ethnological Museum is housed in a former olive mill with its original machinery and presents the individual stages of olive-oil production.
