Discover Picón: Festivals, History and Nature

In Picón, festivals in honour of Santa Cruz and Santo Cristo de la Agonía take place from 1 to 5 May. They combine religious, cultural and festive activities.

Culture

During the Easter procession on Easter Sunday, known as “El Encuentro”, the Virgin Mary and the Christ Child meet in the middle of Picón’s Plaza. History

The Iglesia de San Salvador in Picón is a 15th-century church with a Mudéjar portal.
