EifelAdventures in Berlingen offers ziplining from treetop to treetop, as well as an adventure mini-golf course, football billiards and crossboule. The zipline experience includes 12 ziplines across the Berlinger Bach valley at heights of up to 50 metres.

Culture

Berlingen’s listed cultural heritage includes the Catholic Church of St Quirinus, a single-nave church built of basalt stone in 1883, as well as a six-bay farmhouse with an integrated bakehouse and adjoining house dating from 1808. Kyller Weg 10 is a four-bay Trier-style house dating from 1882. In addition, Berlingen has several well-preserved Trier-style houses. These traditional Eifel farmhouses combine living quarters, stables and a barn under one roof.

Kartoffelstraße is described as Berlingen’s first paved road. On Berlingen’s cultural heritage map, the roads are marked in different colours, while red dots indicate photo locations. Haus Bursch is described as a building dating from around 1850. A wayside chapel known as the Heiligenhäuschen can be seen from Berlinger Straße. The use of local terms remains widespread among long-established residents of Berlingen.
