The Kemmenau church was consecrated in 1970 and stands on a hill with a wide-ranging view. One bell at the Kemmenau church is known as the “Peace Bell”. Another bell at the Kemmenau church is known as the “Our Father Bell”.
The former school at An der Schule 5 is a 1908 building in the Reform architecture style. A cast-iron pump well at Backhausstraße 2 may date from the second half of the 19th century.
