The Pont-aqueduc des Cinq-Cantons is a structure of the Canal de Carpentras in Loriol-du-Comtat. It spans a broad depression to connect to the main branch of the Canal de Carpentras, is 11 metres high and longer than the 253-metre-long Galas Bridge. Fully protected as a historic monument, it was listed by decree on 6 November 2001.

Culture and history
At Château Talaud, the wines of Domaine Château Talaud with the AOC Ventoux designation can be tasted on site. Château Talaud was the former residence of Marquis Grille d'Estoublon and was built in the 18th century in the heart of the Comtat Venaissin. Château de Loriol also dates from the 18th century.
The church to which the Campanile de Loriol du Comtat belongs was built around the 10th or 11th century. It has two bell towers; one of them serves as a square campanile, or square belfry.
Landscape
The area of Loriol-du-Comtat includes hills and former marshlands, a large part of which was drained by monks from Mazan. Ancient mulberry trees are regarded as witnesses to the history of the municipality and its silkworm culture.
Cycle paths
The Via Venaissia passes the renovated Loriol-du-Comtat railway station; it is one of the stations that can be discovered along the route. The Tour du Comtat Venaissin cycle route passes through Loriol-du-Comtat on its stage from Carpentras to Bédoin.
Terroir
Safre & Safran invites visitors to experience saffron cultivation at its “événements terroir”. Since 2012, Safre & Safran has been growing natural saffron (Crocus sativus); its products are available at the Espace terroir in Carpentras and at Gigondas la Cave.
