Sivergues: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes
The 112-hectare departmental forest of Sivergues has been designated an Espace Naturel Sensible (ENS) by the Vaucluse département and stretches from the banks of the Aiguebrun to the ridges of the Grand Luberon. The forest forms a mosaic of meadows, deciduous woodland, garrigue, grassland and conifers.
Hiking
The GR9 passes through the municipality of Sivergues. At the same time, Sivergues is the starting point for numerous hikes through wild and untouched nature towards the Aiguebrun. Hiking trails from Sivergues also lead towards the Claparèdes Plateau. On the paths around Sivergues, visitors can discover bories, i.e. huts made of dry stone walls.

Culture and History
Sivergues was a former Waldensian fief in the Luberon. The Church of Saint Peter and Saint Mary in Sivergues dates from the late 16th century. The village is characterised by fortified lanes with calades.
The ruins of a medieval castle have been preserved at Castellas near Sivergues. The enclosure of the Waldensian cemetery at Castellas bears witness to the eventful history of Protestants in Provence.
