The 17-kilometre-long Chemin des Roses runs through Coubert as well as Servon, Brie-Comte-Robert, Grisy-Suisnes, Soignolles-en-Brie, Solers and Yèbles. The route follows a former railway line and offers walkers, horse riders and cyclists an opportunity to enjoy walks along a historically significant route.

Nature
The Forêt domaniale de Coubert is located on the Brie Plateau and covers 458 hectares. The forest consists mainly of deciduous woodland and contains numerous ponds. These ponds are home to sphagnum mosses and carnivorous aquatic plants.
Culture and History
The Parc du château de Coubert includes an orangery. A construction campaign for the park is recorded for the year 1725. The gable of the orangery is decorated with a bas-relief depicting putti gardening with their tools.
The church of Sainte-Geneviève also spans several eras: its core dates from the 13th century, while the church was rebuilt in 1687. Several objects in the church are protected as Monuments historiques.
The history of the village also includes the Cochet-Cochet family, a family of rose growers who settled in Coubert in 1911. Their business supplied, among others, the rose gardens of I'Hay-Ies-Roses and Bagatelle. The historic Distillerie Dione operated in Coubert from 1887 to 1942 and received awards at exhibitions and competitions in Paris, Melun, Moscow, Chicago and Brussels between 1878 and 1897.
The Coubert-Soignolles railway station dates from 1892. It was used to collect cut roses from rose growers in the Brie and transport them by train to the Paris market halls. The station is located on the Chemin des Roses and offers a parking area where vehicles can be left.
The Puits de la ferme du château fountain is also part of the village landscape. It was installed at its current location in 2016; its base was faithfully restored.
Events
The Vendredis Musicaux concert series took place weekly in June 2025 for its sixth edition. The programme comprised four musical evenings featuring non-professional musicians. Coubert's village festival featured an orchestra and a traditional dance in 2025; the festival is described as a recurring seasonal highlight.
Le Vaisseau offers cultural and artistic activities for patients, families, centre staff and residents of the area. Le Vaisseau also organises public events at which artist groups hosted in residence there meet the public.
