The Musée Gaston Garino dedicates the “L’Atelier” section to the history and production of the De Dion-Bouton factory. The museum displays five De Dion-Bouton vintage cars; it opened in February 2013 in a former garage. Anyone wishing to explore Puteaux may want to rent a holiday apartment there.

Culture

The Théâtre de Puteaux is a municipal theatre. Its 700-seat auditorium is suitable for dance, theatre and music performances, and the venue also offers performances accessible to a broad audience. The Théâtre de Puteaux is accessible to visitors with reduced mobility.

The Maison de Camille uses numerous paintings to convey who Camille Renault was and tells the story of the École de Puteaux and its group of artists, which formed around the brothers Jacques Villon and Marcel Duchamp. The Artothèque housed there offers the opportunity to borrow original works of art.

The Moulin de Chantecoq is a four-sail windmill that milled grain for the local population for more than two centuries. It is located in a wooded park in the higher part of Puteaux, at the place called La Grande Bourse.

The Église Notre-Dame-de-Pitié was classified as a historic monument in 1975, enabling an extensive restoration project to be launched. Its stained-glass windows have been classified as historic monuments since 1886.

Nature

The rose garden on the Île de Puteaux contains 1,390 roses in the form of bush, standard, climbing and rambling roses from 110 different, predominantly modern varieties.

The Jardin Japonais is a 510 m² garden with an Asian atmosphere. Bamboo, azaleas, rhododendrons and Japanese maple trees grow there, along with pine trees pruned into cloud shapes.

Parc Offenbach offers the public a fragrance garden with aromatic plants. There is also a health trail shaded by pine and holm oak trees.

The Naturoscope is located on the Île de Puteaux, opposite the sports hall and near Parc Lebaudy. In six special aquariums, it displays freshwater fish from the Seine. Throughout the year, the Naturoscope holds exhibitions on environmental topics and also organises guided tours.

The Parcours architectural is an approximately two-hour walking tour through Puteaux with 12 stops.

Puteaux SNCF railway station at 2 rue Ferdinand-Pelloutier provides connections to three Transilien lines.
