Clamart: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes
In the southern Bois de Clamart, around 20 hectares of woodland park have been designed for recreational sports. Among other trees, the forest is home to chestnuts, English oaks, sessile oaks, beeches, ash trees, hornbeams, wild cherries, birches, elms, holly trees and several conifers; in spring, wild hyacinths cover the forest floor.

Nature and Open Spaces
The Parc de la Maison Blanche covers around two hectares and was laid out as an English landscape garden in the 1830s. A pond and a music pavilion remain from the original grounds; the park invites visitors to stroll among remarkable trees and sculptures.
Culture and History
The Fondation Arp is both a museum and a research centre dedicated to the artistic work of Jean Arp and Sophie Taeuber. Today, visitors can discover the dialogue between the works of both artists in the Fondation Arp’s former Maison-Atelier. The restored former plaster workshop of the Fondation Arp displays almost one hundred plaster sculptures, as well as bronzes in the garden.
The Église Saint-Pierre-Saint-Paul was built in the 11th century and has been protected as a historic monument since 1928.
The “Figures d’artistes” tour uses audio features, texts and photographs to guide visitors to artists and places that shaped the artistic development of Clamart and Meudon in the 19th and 20th centuries; the places visited are not regularly open to the public.
Wine Tradition
The Confrérie du Clos de Clamart tends Clamart’s municipal vineyard, which today has 193 vines, and organises a spring chapter and a harvest chapter every year.
Clos de Clamart is a light, fruity rosé cuvée made from a blend of different grape varieties. Clos Franquet is a white wine cuvée based on Sémillon, which is gradually being replaced by Chardonnay.
