Culture and History
The Notre-Dame d’Yerres Abbey was built in 1132 and contains significant remains, including elements dating from the 16th century. Among the most notable remnants are oak beams in the dormitory building and the 16th-century refectory door. By prefectural decree of 1 April 1996, the abbey was added to the Supplementary Inventory of Historic Monuments.
The Maison Caillebotte was the residence of Gustave Caillebotte and his family from 1860 to 1879. The estate includes an 11-hectare park with remarkable trees and ornamental garden structures.

Nature
Île Panchout is located on the banks of the Yerres in the town centre, covers 8 hectares and is classified as a sensitive natural area. It can already be visited by walkers; improvement and ecological restoration work was previously carried out there.

The Chemin des Poètes leads from the Soweto Bridge to the Deux Rivières site. It is 1.7 km long, begins on Rue du Réveillon and ends on Rue Paul Doumer; from there, it is possible to connect to the long-distance hiking trail “Vallée et forêts Briardes”.
A promenade with natural recreational areas stretches for 15 km from Quincy-sous-Sénart to Crosne.
