Culture and History
The Chapelle Saint-Rémi was built at the end of the 15th century by two members of the Piard family. After a reliquary containing the bones of Saint Rémi was donated, it became a much-visited pilgrimage site. The chapel was restored and remodelled in 1886.

The Nanchez Nordic Centre offers more than 100 km of cross-country ski trails. It includes the localities of Prénovel, Chaux-des-Prés and Les Piards.
