Along the Boucle des sources, QR-code panels provide videos, photos, 3D reconstructions, and interactive content during the walk. The source of the Lison is a karst spring. It is fed by numerous sinkholes, swallow holes, and fissures through which water from the Champagnole limestone plateau seeps underground. The source can be reached via a 300-metre path along the Lison.
