Isolaccio-Di-Fiumorbo: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

The Refuge de Prati is located along the GR20 long-distance hiking trail. From there, you can enjoy views of the sea, the ponds, the islands and part of Corsica’s east coast. To access the Refuge de Prati, it is recommended to leave your vehicle in the church square in Isulacciu Di Fium’Orbu.

Thermal Baths

The Pietrapola thermal complex is currently being renovated; no reopening date has yet been announced. The Thermes de Pietrapola are considered the only officially recognised thermal baths in Corsica.

Culture

At the entrance to Isolaccio-di-Fiumorbo, a monument commemorates the martyrdom of the people of Isolacciu at the hands of the French army commanded by General Morand.

The Sainte-Lucie Chapel is located in a cemetery. Inside, it has two Arcas, one for women and one for men.

The Maison Carrée is located in the centre of the hamlet of Pietrapola les Bains. Under Napoleon III, it was an imperial gendarmerie station. The Maison Carrée consists of a round inner courtyard and stone buildings.

The San-Ghjacumu Chapel is located in the hamlet of Ajola in Isolaccio-di-Fiumorbo. It has a single-nave layout with a basket-handle barrel vault.
