The old village of Borgo lies on a rocky promontory overlooking the plain and the sea. Along the Lido de la Marana between the settlements of U Stagnu and La Marana, Borgo has a seafront; the Lido offers opportunities for water sports activities.

The Église de l’Annonciation dates in its essential construction phase from the 17th century and has a Baroque main façade. In France, it is classified as a historic monument.

Nature

At the Rives de l'Étang de Biguglia site, which includes Borgo, the Pinetu trail runs between the sea and the lagoon through dune, maquis and beach landscapes. The Étang de Biguglia extends across several municipalities, including Borgo, and is classified as a nature reserve.

Activities

The hike to Cime de Stella starts from the village of Borgo via the D7 towards Vignale. Along the access road from Borgo, there is a car park after approximately 2.9 km. During the hike, visitors can discover the region's fauna and flora.

La Marana offers a natural setting for hiking.

Local Life

A farmers' market takes place in Borgo on Saturday mornings, where visitors can sample local produce.
