In the centre of Afa lies the Sant'Antonu cultural trail, a very easy circular route. Anyone wishing to rent a holiday apartment in Afa should consider the town as a travel destination.

Culture

The parish church of Saint-Antoine-de-Padoue houses a restored canvas painting that is listed as a historic monument. Afa's war memorial is a work by the sculptor Noël Bonardi. The Sant'Antonu cultural trail passes through the Casa Riccina district, where old bread ovens can be seen. The Sant'Antonu cultural trail also uses the CAPASCOPRE app to present old photographs and testimonies from Afa's past.

The Sant'Antonu cultural trail crosses the U Stagnolu stream and leads into an alluvial forest with alders, fig trees and privet. Along the Sant'Antonu cultural trail are cultivated terraces where citrus fruits, peaches and almonds continue to be grown. The walk along the Sant'Antonu cultural trail ends at the Fontaine d'Ochju, which was formerly a meeting place for villagers who collected water and washed laundry there. The route also passes the remains of the Quarciarone mill.

In the surrounding area of Afa are the ruins of Tour de Capigliolo, the ruins of Tour Pelusella and the ruins of Église San-Giovanni. In the wider region around Afa lies the ancient site of Figure d'Appriciani.

Landscape

The nearby area around Afa includes the peaks of Punta Pastinaca, Punta Mora and Punta San Sisto. The Plage du Ricanto beach is also located in the vicinity of Afa.
