The present-day parish church of Saint Nicholas in Serra-di-Scopamène was under construction in 1620 and replaced an older medieval building. The Church of San Niculau has a square bell tower with battlements and is decorated with wrought-iron work depicting scenes from the life of Saint Francis of Assisi. The church also contains a 1677 marble stoup, a statue of Saint Anthony made of white marble, and six stained-glass windows depicting religious figures.
The Sentier du Patrimoine in Serra-di-Scopamena is an easy, well-marked hiking trail through landscapes typical of rural Corsican life and the local agropastoral heritage. It includes U Siccatoghju, a traditional chestnut dryer that was formerly used after the harvest to dry chestnuts before they were processed into flour or eaten. The trail also includes former kitchen gardens bordered by dry-stone walls, as well as a communal fountain and a washhouse.
U Fragnu is a watermill supplied by an aqueduct and located on a stream; it is an example of traditional Corsican hydraulic architecture.
Castellu di Cucuruzzu is an ancient site in the vicinity of Serra-di-Scopamène. The Musée de l'Alta Rocca is a museum in the vicinity of Serra-di-Scopamène. Also nearby are the Monument Torréen de Foce, an ancient site, and the Couvent de Saint-François, a historic site.

A Strada di Rinucciu leads to the summit of A Punta di a Cucciurpula, from which a 360-degree panorama of Alta Rocca can be seen. Parking for A Strada di Rinucciu is available in the spaces opposite the war memorial.
Punta di Serradu is a summit in the vicinity of Serra-di-Scopamène. The surrounding area also includes Punta di i Cavalletti and Punta di u Marcurinacciu, both summits, as well as Monte San Petru, a mountain.
