Denonville is located in Beauce, in the Eure-et-Loir département. Château de Denonville is a brick building in a simple neoclassical style and overlooks a 40-hectare park. Parts of the château are listed as a French historic monument; corresponding listings exist for the years 1976 and 2007. Group tours for 10 or more people are available throughout the year by prior reservation.

Culture

The Église Saint-Léger is located in the town centre. It has a nave, a north aisle, a bell tower standing to the south and a seigneurial chapel. The first church on this site was built at the end of the 11th or beginning of the 12th century; the north aisle was added in 1770.

Cycling

The „Les moulins de Beauce“ cycle route lists Château de Denonville as one of its sights. The easy „A vélo autour de Denonville“ route is 26 kilometres long, runs on level ground through fields and starts at Château de Denonville.
