Saint-Caradec-Trégomel is marked by evidence from various centuries: the parish church of Saint-Caradec preserves a 15th-century portal, while the present church building was erected in the second half of the 17th century. The calvary and the ossuary of the parish church of Saint-Caradec were listed by a decree of 8 June 1925.

The cross beside Saint-Caradec Church was intended to protect the cemetery. The first construction phase of the Manoir de Kermerien dates from the first quarter of the 16th century and includes the entrance portal and the staircase tower. The Chapelle Saint-Cado was founded in the 17th century in the middle of a meadow by the powerful lords of Kermerien. Its altarpiece houses statues of Saint Cado, Saint Guernahel and Our Lady of Clarity.

Townscape

There is a small fountain in the area around the church, with a niche containing a statue. The overflow water from the fountain flows into a covered washhouse.

Out and about

The Circuit Berné Saint-Caradec-Trégomel Kernascléden circular route is 33 km long and designated for cycling tours. In the wider regional surroundings of Saint-Caradec-Trégomel, a walk along the Ellé leads to the Chapelle Sainte Barbe; this is a stage on a Breton pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela.
