Quistinic: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

The Château de la Villeneuve-Jacquelot features architectural elements from the 15th, 16th and 17th centuries, as well as a rare granite staircase with a ribbed vault. The façades, roofs and grand staircase were classified as historic monuments by decree of 28 September 1970.

Culture and History

The Chapelle Saint-Tugdual was built between the 15th and 16th centuries and restored in 1991 by a local neighbourhood committee. It contains 16th-century statues displayed in two 17th-century niches, including Saint Tugdual, Saint André, the Virgin Mary and Saint Jacques.

The Chapelle de Notre-Dame du Cloître in Quistinic is associated with L’art dans les chapelles, a cultural programme held every summer that has existed since 1992. The Pardon de Saint-Mathurin takes place every year on the second Sunday in May.

Trails

Quistinic has signposted trails for walking, horse riding and cycling. The Circuit des chapelles leads to the Chapelle Notre-Dame de la Trinité in Locmaria, which is listed as a historic monument.
