Hiking and Trails
The “Le Tour du Bourg” circular trail is 3.5 kilometres long, takes about an hour, and starts at the Toul Douar car park in Moustoir-Ac. The “Au fil de l’eau” hiking trail is 8.4 kilometres long, takes about two and a half hours, and starts at the Kerhéro chapel in Moustoir-Ac.
The Sentier des Crêtes leads near Kervéhel to a viewpoint at an altitude of 155 metres. Moustoir-Ac has direct access to a dual-carriageway road network connecting it to larger towns and cities.
Culture
The Neoclassical portal bell tower of the Sainte-Barbe church was built between 1774 and 1777. Sainte-Barbe church has been listed as a historic monument since 1925.
The Notre-Dame-des-Sept-Douleurs fountain, also known as the Bodéno fountain, was built in 1720. The Kermarquer menhir bears ancient Neolithic engravings with seven visible motifs. It is 6.72 metres high and the tallest menhir in Morbihan; it is easily accessible from the road.
The Minio stele on the “Au fil de l’eau” hiking trail in Moustoir-Ac commemorates the people who died after the Battle of Bois de la Touche Minio in June 1944. The Pardon de Kerhéro is celebrated every year on the third Sunday in September.
