The oldest part of the church of Saint-Thégonnec is the Gothic bell tower dating from 1563.
Culture
The church of Saint-Thégonnec contains altarpieces dating from the 17th and 18th centuries, a pulpit, a baptismal font, an organ gallery and wooden wall panelling. The church of Saint-Éguiner dates from the 16th and 17th centuries and has a Beaumanoir-style bell tower dating from 1631.
The Kanndi du Fers is the only washhouse in the municipality whose walls have been preserved intact and which has retained almost all of its original features. The chapel was built in the 17th century and extensively remodelled in the 19th century into the shape of a Latin cross.
The Pardon de Saint-Thégonnec takes place on the second weekend of September. A Pardon takes place annually on the fourth Sunday in August.
Nature
The Ferz circular trail begins at the Kanndi du Ferz, is 4 kilometres long and takes around 1 hour and 30 minutes on foot. It focuses on the region's flax cultivation in the 17th and 18th centuries; in Breton, it is called Gwenojenn al lin (“linen trail”).
The Kerinkuff walking trail is 7.5 kilometres long and takes around 2 hours. The trail around the Bodiniri catchment area is approximately 5 kilometres long and accessible to people with disabilities. The Bodiniri site is a playfully designed area for recreation and discovery, intended to raise awareness of biodiversity and suitable for all age groups, especially children.
The Le Coat Toulzac'h mountain-bike circular route begins in Saint-Thégonnec Loc-Eguiner and is 13.5 kilometres long. The section of the Le Coat Toulzac'h circular route through the Coat Toulzac'h valley passes through heathland, forests and wet meadows.
Linéotim bus route 70 runs between Morlaix and Saint-Thégonnec.

The Kerven chocolate and confectionery workshop produces chocolate and nougat in the countryside around Saint-Thégonnec and offers tastings.
