Rosnoën: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

Rosnoën forms a peninsula between the Rivière du Faou river, also known as the Rade de Brest, to the north and the maritime Aulne to the south, and has 23 kilometres of coastline. In this geographical setting, Île d'Arun lies in the Rivière du Faou, while Île de Térénez lies in the final meander of the maritime Aulne.

Landscape

The Circuit du Saut du Loup passes through woodland, riverside areas and agricultural land. When the tidal range is high, the water may make it impossible to pass along this circuit.

Paths and Views

The Sentier de Térénez is a 9.5 km-long trail that begins at the Pont de Térénez. This curved cable-stayed bridge has a span of 285 metres and was inaugurated in April 2011. The trail passes through fields and forests and offers sweeping views of the Rade de Brest and the Aulne Valley.

Experiences

The Belvédère de Rosnoën offers panoramic views of the maritime Aulne and the Ménez-Hom. Above the Aulne, it is also a launch site for paragliding.

The Circuit des Deux Rivières is 14 km long and connects the shore of the Rade de Brest with the Aulne floodplain.

Culture

The parish church of Saint-Audoën was built between the 16th and 17th centuries and is considered one of the region's significant religious buildings around Le Faou.
