Minihy-Tréguier: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

The Pont-aqueduc du Guindy is one of Minihy-Tréguier’s heritage sites listed for historic preservation. It was classified as a historic monument in 1931 and formed part of a water supply network more than 2,700 metres long that supplied Tréguier.

Culture and History

The four routoirs of Traou Martin were supplied with water by the Fontaine de Saint-Yves. The Chapelle Saint-Joseph de Mézobran also bears witness to the history of the village: it dates back to a chaplaincy founded in 1662.

Landscape along the Guindy

The meanders of the Guindy offer wooded riverbanks that are suitable for hiking in Minihy-Tréguier. Evergreen oaks, beech trees, blackthorn and hawthorn grow along the banks of the Guindy near Minihy-Tréguier. From Minihy-Tréguier, walking paths follow the Guindy to the Passerelle Saint-François, which connects the village with Tréguier.

Paths and Activities

Cycle routes run through Minihy-Tréguier. An equestrian centre in Minihy-Tréguier offers activities that allow visitors to explore the Trégor countryside on horseback.

The Chemin de Saint Yves is a route used for processions that ends at the tomb- and cenotaph monument of Saint Yves.
