Château de Maulmont is located in Saint-Priest-Bramefant, in the hamlet of Maulmont. The château was built around 1840 by Pascal Lepaige as a hunting lodge. The protected complex includes the terraces, the remains of the commandery of the Knights Hospitaller, the Hôtel-Dieu Saint-Barthélémy de Clermont, and the interior furnishings. It was listed by decree on 12 February 2002.

The original parish church of Saint-Priest also dates back a long way: it probably originated in the High Middle Ages. Its bell tower was rebuilt in 1830 after being destroyed by the wind in 1828.

The historic site of Abbaye de Montpeyroux is located in the vicinity of Saint-Priest-Bramefant. Further afield in the region are the historic sites of Abbaye du Moutier and Billy Castle, as well as Château de Pont-du-Château.
