Culture and history
The Fontaine Saint-Blaise houses a statue of the saint. The former nuns’ washhouse near the Fontaine Saint-Blaise is still well preserved.
The Maquis Nestor Perret was faithfully reconstructed and inaugurated on 4 August 2013 on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of its foundation. Camp Nestor Perret was given its final location in the Grands Bois on 29 August 1943.
The priory of Saint-Julien-la-Geneste is also part of the history of the village: it was dependent on La Chaise-Dieu Abbey.
At 2 Villecorps, the Atelier and exhibition hall of Adasculptures offers a sculpture workshop over three half-days from October to March for €65. Adasculptures’ exhibition is open daily year-round by telephone appointment.

Nature
The Forêt des Grands Bois, also known as Bois de Pionsat, is notable for its Douglas fir plantation.
Visitors can park their vehicle at the de l’Etubeix car park on the edge of the forest and continue on foot along the path to the Maquis Nestor Perret.
The La Résistance circular trail is 14 km long, climbs 270 metres in elevation and is marked with yellow trail markers. It offers extensive views over the Combrailles and the Chaîne des Puys.
