Saint-Vivien: Holiday apartments and holiday homes

Saint-Vivien stretches across a wine-growing plateau between the valleys of the Estrop and the Lidoire. On walks, visitors encounter vineyards, meadows, ponds and forests. Wines from the AOC Montravel and Bergerac appellations are produced in Saint-Vivien.

Wine

Visitors can taste and buy local wine in the wine cellars or at the Saint-Vivien cooperative winery. Château de la Reynaudie is run by a fourth-generation winemaking family. Self-guided and guided tours are offered there, with guided tours taking place by appointment only.

Culture

The church of Saint-Vivien-de-Vélines houses a statue entitled “Vierge à l'Enfant”. Created in the 18th century, the statue is a carved, polychrome-painted and gilded wooden sculpture; it was restored by Nathalie Mèmeteau in 2022. The vaulted church of Saint-Vivien dates from the 13th century. The Moulin is one of Saint-Vivien’s notable buildings.

Hiking

The Boucle de Saint-Vivien is an 8.2 km hiking route. It starts at the information board on the Place du Monument aux Morts.
