Culture and history
The Église Saint Sulpice was built in the 12th century. It houses the Virgin of Boisseuilh, a painting by an anonymous early-18th-century master, and contains a tabernacle made of waxed walnut wood, which was listed as a historic monument in 1903. The Chartreuse de Chauvignac is a building constructed in the 18th century in the classical style. It is privately owned and cannot be visited. The Château de Saint-Sulpice was probably built at the turn of the 15th and 16th centuries and remodelled around 1634.
Below the church, on the way to the cemetery and next to a fortified house, lies the covered washhouse. The washhouse has been restored; its well and basin were secured in 2010.
Hiking and trails
The municipality has around 20 kilometres of hiking trails, used by hikers, mountain bikers and casual walkers. Local associations regularly organise well-marked walks there, some with a culinary focus or for charitable purposes.
