One of the prominent historical sites is Tvrz Hrádek. The complex was built in the 14th century and is an important medieval fortified site associated with a vanished village. Tvrz Hrádek has been protected as a cultural monument since 3 May 1958. The church of the Českobratrská církev evangelická was ceremonially consecrated on 9 November 1856; it contains valuable tombstones of the Prusinovský von Víckov family.

Other historical landmarks include Boží muka and Dřevěný kříž. Boží muka has been since the 3rd. The wayside shrine from the 18th century, prominently located in the fields near Prusinovice, is also an important landmark for orientation. Dřevěný kříž is a carved work from the late 18th century. Zámčisko is a fortress of the Lords of Víckov, founded after the middle of the 15th century.

Nature

Dubina is a nature monument with a natural oak-hornbeam forest and occurrences of dwarf cherry. Thus, alongside the fortified sites, churches, and small monuments, the townscape of Prusinovice also includes a specific natural area.

Trails

Marked horse-riding trails run around Prusinovice, leading along Hrádek and Boží muka. A tourist hiking route also passes through Prusinovice from Kostelec u Holešova via Pacetluky to Líšná and back. The Rohálovské duatlon is a competition that combines a 10-kilometre run with a 50-kilometre mountain-bike race.
