Osíčko combines religious heritage and local history with a location in the valley below Kelčský Javorník. One of the headwaters of the small Moštěnka river flows through the centre. Culture

The 18th-century Chapel of Our Lady Help of Christians is a protected monument in Osíčko. The Chapel of the Visitation of the Virgin Mary contains an altar erected in 1925, which also serves as a memorial to those who fell in the First World War. The two religious buildings give the village different historical accents: the protected monument refers to the 18th century, while the altar in the second chapel is explicitly connected with remembrance of the First World War.

Another trace of modern history is Příkazy–Osíčko railway station. Příkazy–Osíčko railway station was built between 1886 and 1888; regular trains ran from there from 1887 onwards.

Landscape
