Nature and activities

The natural swimming pool at Kemp Vyskytná has a slab-dam retaining wall and a sandy access point to the water. It also features a slide for children and a diving board for adults.

The extensive Křemešník forests begin next to Kemp Vyskytná. Among other things, numerous mushrooms, raspberries and bilberries can be found in these forests. The countryside around Kemp Vyskytná is suitable for cycling because of the low level of traffic.

Culture and history

The Church of the Name of the Virgin Mary is the oldest building in Vyskytná. It was founded in 1290 by Bishop Tobiáš of Bechyně.

The bell tower in Vyskytná contains a bell-frame structure from the 17th century and two bells. The old bell tower in Vyskytná probably dates from the 15th century.

Tradition and orientation

Every summer in Vyskytná, around the transition from July to August, the traditional competition for the Mramorový pohár takes place. In Vyskytná, follow the direction toward Sázava and Křemešník.
