The 13.5-km-long walking route “In the Footsteps of Old Water Mills” leads from Pelhřimov via Peklo and Hodějovice towards Krasíkovice and Radětín. In sections, it runs near the Hejlovka River and offers the possibility of a short detour to Hodějovický Mill; on the “Around the Water Mills” cycle route, there is a 500-metre-long detour from Hodějovice to the mill. Below Hodějovice, the mill lies in the valley of the Hejlovka stream. The original “Hodějovický Mill” was already standing there in the first half of the 18th century.
Routes
The “Pelhřimov Ring” route also reaches the road to Hodějovice. Just before the entrance to the village, there is a tourist rest area.
Nature
The “Želiv Circuit” trail leads over Vávrův Hill above Hodějovice. From the Těchorázek estate, it offers a view across the Hejlovka valley towards Hodějovice. In the surroundings of Hodějovice, the “Pelhřimov Ring” route offers views in the direction of Křemešník.
Culture
The chapel in Hodějovice stands on the village square and is dedicated to the Virgin Mary.
