Přeckov: Holiday apartments and holiday homes

Přeckov is located in the Třebíčsko Nature Park. The highest point of the village reaches 627 metres and is situated on the border with Horní Vilémovice.

Nature and trails

The area around Přeckov is characterised by distinctive terrain with numerous island-like clusters of boulders. There are also exceptionally beautiful views of unspoilt nature. Several hiking and cycling trails lead through Přeckov in the Třebíčsko Nature Park.

The village is also a station at kilometre 13.7 of a 17.3-kilometre circular route through the Třebíčsko Nature Park. The circular route starts and ends in Trnava.

History and buildings

Přeckov was first mentioned in writing in 1360. Its historical features include the Chapel of the Most Holy Trinity on the ground floor of a bell tower with a shingle roof. The building was created at the beginning of the 19th century by remodelling a bell tower dating from the early 17th century.

A wayside shrine near house number 25 also dates from the early 19th century. At the south-western edge of Přeckov, on the road to Horní Vilémovice, there is also the stone Buršíkův Cross.

Ranč Přeckov

The PLUS alpaca programme at Ranč Přeckov includes a playful educational trail, feeding alpacas, wool felting and talks about the animals. In addition, Ranč offers individually customisable programmes that may include horse care, riding, walks with alpacas and wool felting.

Local transport

The nearest railway station to Přeckov is in nearby Rudíkov, three kilometres away. There are two bus stops in Přeckov: one on the village square and one at the crossroads near Březina, which is two kilometres away on foot.
