After 1360, Kraví Hora Castle was built on a hill above Kuroslepy. It was already destroyed before 1494 and has remained a ruin ever since. The ring walls, a moat, the depression of a well and a five-metre-high fragment of the tower have survived from the Kraví Hora castle ruins.

Boží muka is one of the two cultural monuments registered in the cadastral area of Kuroslepy. A memorial plaque dedicated to Stanislav Rejthar is located on the municipal office building in Kuroslepy. In 2004, a British Lynx helicopter crashed in the Oslava Valley between Kuroslepy and Kladeruby; all six crew members were killed.

Above Kuroslepy in the Vysočina Region, in the Třebíč District, lies KALIMETA, a circular hotel and music restaurant. KALIMETA is open to all participants in concerts, lectures, seminars and other events by prior registration.

The Rabštejn ruins, the Tempelštejn ruins, Babí hora mountain and the Chapel of St Peter and St Paul are located in the vicinity of Kuroslepy.

Nature

The Údolí Oslavy a Chvojnice European Site of Community Importance includes the cadastral area of Kuroslepy. The habitats recorded there include oak-hornbeam forests, scree forests, dry grasslands, rocky vegetation and vegetation along watercourses. The protected area safeguards the Adriatic lizard orchid (Himantoglossum adriaticum), the greater pasque flower (Pulsatilla grandis) and the European bullhead (Cottus gobio).

Rovina Hill [Kuroslepy] is located in the immediate vicinity of Kuroslepy. Brno Zoo, Koní hora mountain and Duforty mountain are located in the wider regional surroundings of Kuroslepy.
